Trifast plc (the "Company") External NED appointment In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 Disclosure, the Company has been informed that the Company's Executive Chairman, Malcolm Diamond MBE has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman at Flowtech Fluidpower plc ("Flowtech").  The appointment is effective from today. Flowtech is the UK's leading supplier of technical fluid power products for next day delivery in the UK and Benelux.  Flowtech has been admitted to AIM and trading commences this morning in its shares: (AIM: FLO).
