3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2023 AGM
3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 22 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 10 May 2023 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 29 June 2023. These included resolutions 3, 4 and 17 to 22, inclusive, which constituted special business.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
