Directorate Change - Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Further to the announcement on 20 April 2023 that Ruth Cairnie, Non-Executive Director, will not be standing for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting, Associated British Foods plc ('the Company') announces that Ruth will step down from the Board with effect from 31 August 2023.

Michael McLintock, Chairman of the Company, said:

"On behalf of the ABF Board, I would like to thank Ruth for her service to the Company since her appointment as a Non-Executive Director in May 2014. Ruth's contribution has been considerable and greatly valued as a result. We wish her well in her future endeavours."
