Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') announces that Wolfhart Hauser, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board of the Company with effect from 18 January 2024 having completed nine years as a director since his appointment.
This announcement does not affect Wolfhart's standing for re-election at the Annual General Meeting of the Company later today.
