Interim dividend
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 w eek period ended 2 March 2024 , the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 20.7 pence per share will be paid on 5 July 2024 to shareholders on the Company's register of members as at the close of business on 31 May 2024. The ex-dividend date is 30 May 2024.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 14 June 2024.
