Results of Annual General Meeting

Creightons Plc (the 'Group' or 'Company') brand owners and manufacturers of personal care, beauty and fragrance products, is please to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held yesterday, all resolutions were passed.

A copy of the resolutions passed at the AGM, other than ordinary business, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly.

The results of the poll on the resolutions will be displayed on the Company's website (www.creightons.com/investors)
