Creightons plc (CRL), the British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and manufacturer, has declared a final dividend of 0.45 pence per ordinary share as per the timetable below. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM:

- AGM date: 28 August 2024
- Payment date: 11 September 2024
