Gresham Computing plc (LSE:GHT), the specialist provider of software based solutions that enable customers to achieve real-time financial certainty in transaction and cash management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Cathie as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Jonathan is a qualified solicitor admitted in England & Wales, and is Gresham's General Counsel. He replaces Rob Grubb who continues in his role as Chief Financial Officer.
