The Board of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Murphy as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committees with effect from 3 December 2025.

Subject to regulatory approval, Michael will succeed Francois-Xavier Boisseau as Chair of the Risk Committee.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under the UK Listing Rules.
