Dividend Declaration
As indicated in the Final Results announcement published on 26 May 2022, the Board of Triad Group Plc (the "Company") is proposing a final dividend of 4.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2022.
Subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 July 2022, the final dividend will be paid on 19 August 2022 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 29 July 2022.
