Nominal Capital Reduction

Further to the resolutions passed at the Company's annual general meeting held on 9 September 2025, an order of the High Court of Justice Chancery Division dated 14 October 2025 confirming the reduction in the nominal value of the Company's issued shares from 10 pence per ordinary share to 0.01 pence per ordinary share (the "Nominal Capital Reduction") has now been registered by the Registrar of Companies and the Nominal Capital Reduction has become effective.
