SOCO was notified on Monday 31 March 2014 that, on the same day, Mr Rui de Sousa, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, personally acquired 50,000 SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Shares were purchased on the open market at a purchase price of £3.95 each.
Following this transaction, Mr de Sousa is interested in 9,158,820 Shares, representing 2.76% of the issued share capital of the Company. 450,000 (0.14%) Shares are held by Mr de Sousa personally and 8,708,820 (2.62%) Shares are held through Palamos Limited, a connected person to Mr de Sousa.
