The Company announces that as a result of purchases of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 370 pence per Ordinary Share by the Xaar plc Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP") on 13 April 2017, the following Executive Directors of the Company acquired the following number of Ordinary Shares in the Company:
