that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE,
Düsseldorf, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on August 18, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.97% (this
corresponds to 7143055 Voting Rights).
2.97% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7143055 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
2. On August 20, 2014, BlackRock Global Funds, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE, Düsseldorf, Germany,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 18, 2014
and on that day amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 7143055 Voting
Rights).
3. On August 22, 2014, BlackRock Luxembourg Holdco S.à r.l., Senningerberg,
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE,
Düsseldorf, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on August 21, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this
corresponds to 7184468 Voting Rights).
2.99% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7184468 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities
