Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 27 June 2025 it made a market purchase of 2,369,722 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 49.31 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Total Voting Rights/Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)	423,321,775
