The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 July 2026 was 47.22p per share.

An interim dividend of 1.50p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2026 has been declared and is payable on 7 September 2026 to members on the register as of 7 August 2026.

The interim dividend of 1.50p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2026 as the ex-dividend date is 6 August 2026.
