Dr. Kajo Neukirchen resigning from Vossloh AG’s Supervisory Board
Vossloh AG Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Kajo Neukirchen will resign from his
position as Supervisory Board member and chairman as of September 23, 2005-a
decision much regretted by the Supervisory Board which pointed out that Dr.
Neukirchen as its chairman had for over a decade shared in Vossloh AG’s
successful progress. The press campaign ignited and aimed at Dr. Neukirchen
for weeks now by an interested party had harmed the Vossloh Group, according
to the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Neukirchen stated that, with his resignation, he wished to ensure that
Vossloh’s boards would be able to reprioritize the progress of the Group while
hoping that the Supervisory Board and family stockholders would soon be able
to make the decisions on the agenda.
