According to § 21 para. 1 WpHG, JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New
York, United States of America, has informed us that it has fallen below
the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights of Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft,
Vosslohstraße 4, 58791 Werdohl on the 29th October 2007 and now amounts to
2.50 % (369,226 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management
Holding Inc. according to § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG.
