CEO change at Vossloh AG
Vossloh AG’s Supervisory Board has unanimously resolved at its meeting of
today to revoke for good cause the appointment of Dr. Eschenröder as
Executive Board member and Executive Board Chairman of Vossloh AG. The
resolution takes immediate effect.
The reasons for the removal are serious differences of opinion on the
Executive Board and between the CEO and the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board also announces that Mr. Werner Andree, Vossloh AG’s
Chief Financial Officer since September 1, 2001, has become Executive Board
Spokesman with immediate effect.
The Vossloh Group’s strategy as resolved by the Executive and Supervisory
Boards will remain unchanged.
