to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007667107, WKN: 766710, have
fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on September 22, 2008 and
now amount to 0.55% (this corresponds to 81364 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.03% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4236 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
