Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2015 it purchased for cancellation 93,443 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.98 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 48,186,955 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
