Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 29 June 2016 it purchased for cancellation 118,500 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 97.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 48,990,948 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
