Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 15 September 2017 it purchased for cancellation 178,496 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 79.25 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 51,786,540 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
