Awards of Ordinary Shares were made under the Company's Bonus Share Plan ("BSP") at nil cost on 9 March 2020 to Directors/PDMRs as detailed below.
Under the terms of the BSP, two thirds of each Share award will be released in March 2023, subject to continued employment. The remaining one third of each award will be subject to a further holding period of two years, and will be released in March 2025.
