As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces that Richard Huntingford, Chairman of the Company has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Unite Group plc (Unite) with effect from 1 December 2020, and as Chair Designate. Richard will take over as Chair of Unite with effect from 1 April 2021.
