As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces the following changes to the Non-Executive positions of Zillah Byng-Thorne, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
● With effect from 1 November 2022 Zillah has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:NCLH).
As previously announced by Flutter Entertainment plc, Zillah will be stepping down from the position of Non-Executive Director of Flutter on 31 January 2023.
