As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces the following changes to Zillah Byng-Thorne, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Non-Executive positions.
● With effect from 15 June 2023 Zillah has been appointed Non-Executive Director and Chair of M&C Saatchi plc.
As announced by the Company in February, Zillah will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 31 March 2023..
