(Munich, September 30, 2009) During a meeting held by the Supervisory Board
of Wacker Neuson SE (ISIN DE000WACK012) today, the Board resolved to
dismiss Mr. Hans Neunteufel from his position as Chairman of the
Supervisory Board.
In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation of Wacker Neuson SE, the
rights and obligations of the Chairman shall pass to Dr. Ulrich Wacker;
Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, until further notice.
The company assumes that legal proceedings will be taken against the
aforementioned resolution.
