The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 January 2025 was 56.13p per share.
A proposed final dividend of 2.25p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2024 has been declared and is payable on 17 March 2025 to members on the register as at 14 February 2025.
The proposed final dividend of 2.25p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares as at 31 January 2025 as the ex-dividend date is 13 February 2025.
