Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 31 July 2015 it purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1025.6900 pence per share through Morgan Stanley International plc.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 7,408,717 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,649,368,665 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
