Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 15 October 2015 it purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1060.4253 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 10,110,174 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,646,667,208 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
