Dividend Declaration
The Directors of the Company have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 2.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 January 2024. The dividend will be paid on 24 November 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 19 October 2023. The last day for DRIS elections will be 8 November 2023.
