Dividend Declaration

The Directors of the Company have declared the payment of an Interim Dividend of 2.5 pence per ordinary share and a Special Dividend of 2.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 January 2026. Both the Interim Dividend and the Special Dividend will be paid on 14 November 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 October 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 16 October 2025.

Dividend Re-Investment Scheme ("DRIS")

There will be no DRIS available with these dividends.
