Purchase of shares
The Company announces that on 14 September 2018, it purchased 160,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital at a price of 144 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 117,226,048 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
