Wood shares to be restored to listing and trading, following publication of 2024 Annual Report and Half Year 2025 Results
Wood announces that, following the publication of the Group's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 June 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") will restore the Company's ordinary shares to listing on the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 08:00 on 6 November 2025.
Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements and Half Year Results are available on the website of the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website here.
Investor attention is drawn to the independent auditor's report of the full year accounts, which includes a disclaimer of opinion in relation to the Group's loss for the year, including comparatives, and a qualified opinion, solely in respect of the comparative information, on the Group's balance sheet due to a limitation of scope, and a material uncertainty related to going concern.
