Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the acquisition of shares on 6th January 2014, BlackRock, Inc. had a total interest in the Company of 14,160,746 shares representing 10.0% of total voting rights.
