Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the disposal of shares on 7th January 2015, Cohen & Steers, Inc. had a total interest in the Company of 7,819,454 shares representing 4.998% of total voting rights.
