1. On 21 March 2017, Mr Vetch sold 1,172 shares in the Company at an average price of 721.7636 pence. On the same day, Mr Vetch's wife, Catherine Vetch, sold 1,610 shares in the Company at an average price of 721.7636 pence. Following these transactions, Mr Vetch's holding has reduced to 9,059,881, representing 5.74% of the issued share capital of the Company. 2. On 21 March 2017, Mr Gibson sold 16,210 shares in the Company at an average price of 721.7636 pence. These shares were part of the 2012 Long Term Bonus Performance Plan that had become unrestricted at the end of the minimum holding period. Following this transaction, Mr Gibson's holding has reduced to 2,463,490, representing 1.56% of the issued share capital of the Company. |
