In each case, on 23 May 2019 the Executive Directors were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") under the Big Yellow Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018. The Options are exercisable from 23 May 2022 to 22 May 2029, subject to continuous employment with the Company. Each of the messrs Vetch, Gibson, Lee and Trotman were granted the following Options: 1. Mr Vetch: 30,519 2. Mr Gibson: 33,910 3. Mr Lee: 24,221 4. Mr Trotman: 25,190 |
