Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Burberry Group plc hereby notifies that Philip Bowman, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Ferrovial, S.A. with effect from the date of Mr Bowman's formal acceptance which is expected today.
