The Company has been notified that Mrs Caroline Gregson, a person closely associated with Charles Gregson, the non-executive Chairman of NEX Group plc, acquired 9,309 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 May 2017 at a purchase price of £6.63453 per share.
Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 228,812 ordinary shares in the Company.
