The Supervisory Board of WashTec AG – leading supplier of innovative solutions for the carwash business worldwide – has resolved to propose Dr. Günter Blaschke and Mr. Ulrich Bellgardt for election as members of the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 4, 2014. Dr. Blaschke, who is designated to become chairman of the Supervisory Board, has been CEO of Rational AG from 1999 to 2013. Mr. Bellgardt is Managing Partner of the consultancy ubc GmbH and previously has been CEO of a division of Saurer AG.
