Non-Executive Director Change
The Board of Dignity plc announces that Martin Pexton, a Non-Executive Director of Dignity since April 2012, has confirmed that he intends to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He will continue as a Non-Executive Director until such time as a suitable replacement has been found.
Peter Hindley, Chairman of Dignity, commented: "Martin has made a valuable contribution to Dignity over more than 4 years as a Non-Executive Director and I would like to put on record my appreciation of his hard work and commitment over what has been a successful period for Dignity."
