Record Date for Special Dividend

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce a special dividend of 1.75 pence per share. This distribution will return to shareholders proceeds arising from the realisation of some of the Company's underlying investments.

The record date for the special dividend will be 8 November 2019, the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2019 and the payment date will be 28 November 2019.
