SThree plc announces that on 19 August 2015 it issued 94,138 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,766,356 Ordinary shares of 1p each.
Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 127,673,163 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 93,193 shares held in treasury.
