SThree plc announces that James Bilefield, SThree's non-executive Chair, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chair designate of HBX Group International plc ("HBX Group"). James will become Chair of HBX Group following its AGM on 12 February 2026.

HBX Group is listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9.
