CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Britvic plc notes the appointment of Gerald Corbett, Britvic's Non-executive Chairman, as Non-Executive Chairman of Numis Corporation plc where he has served as a Non-Executive Director since May 2009. This appointment is effective from 7 May 2014.
