Drax Group plc advises that Kim Keating, a non-executive director, is to be appointed as Chair of Major Drilling Inc., ("MDI") a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Ms. Keating presently serves as a non-executive director of MDI, a position she has held since 2019.
The appointment will be effective from 8 September 2022, subject to Ms. Keating's re-election as a director at MDI's Annual General Meeting taking place that day.
