Drax Group plc advises that Kim Keating, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Pan American Silver Corp. ("Pan American") a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
The appointment is effective from 10 May 2023, following Ms. Keating's election as a non-executive director at Pan American's Annual General Meeting which took place that day.
