Vesting of Share Awards

Awards made on 10 April 2014 over ordinary shares of the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Plan have now become unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period.  The Trustee of the Savills plc Employee Benefit Trust has today confirmed that in satisfaction of the Awards, on 20 April 2017 shares have been transferred to the following PDMR:-
